Spicy shrimp recipe

  1. Peel the shrimp, remove the dark filament in the back, rinse them and let them drain. Place them in a dish, spray them with lemon juice and reserve.
  2. Scald the tomatoes, drain, put them under cold running water and then peel them and chop them in dices.
  3. Mince the garlic, onion, thyme and pepper
  4. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker, add aromatic mince and bay leaf and sauté everything during 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and shrimp. Mix well and salt.
  5. Close the pot and pressurize it. Reduce fire as soon as the valve begins ringing and cook for 7 minutes. After this time, turn heat off, allow steam to escape and open the pot.
  6. Thicken sauce at high heat for 2 minutes with the pot uncovered. Remove the bay leaf.
  7. Place shrimp with the sauce to a dish, sprinkle the parsley and serve immediately.
